Okay, just for some clarification...Redesign and Home Staging are a bit different from interior designing.

"Interior design is the activity that plans for the necessities of a space relating to issues of safety and protection, and that considers the basic function of a space, and space planning.  Interior decorating implies ornamentation...A decorator works only with surface decorations such as paints, fabrics, and furnishings.  Although decoration enhances a space, adds to its individuality, and may provide psychological and symbolic comforts within the space, it is not required to meet the most basic universal human needs." Breath of Fresh Flair is a company that deals primarily with interior decorating.  However, we are a bit unique in that we don't encourage people to buy new furnishings or new accessories (unless, of course, they want to!)  In fact, most people have everything they need, they just don't know it.

Redesign is giving your room a brand new look with your existing furnishings and accessories.  It is about placing your furniture, accessories and artwork in such a way that the room's architecture and focal points are accentuated.  However, the room must also be functional and serve the purpose you want it to serve.

Home staging is similar to redesign in that the goal is to accentuate the best features of the home.  To do that, it is important to place furniture, artwork and accessories so that a buyer can envision their own items in the new home.  We also want placement to enhance the room's function and space, without feeling cluttered.  Since emotion is such a large part of the purchase decision, staging focuses on making the buyers feel like they are at home the minute they get to the door.
